The purpose of this general meeting is to conduct business associated with maintenance of the association, review financial statements, and discuss planning for the next year. A webinar discussion will follow the meeting.
General members and neighbourhood associations are entitled to four (4) voting members, while individuals and student associations are entitled to one (1) voting member.
Zoom connection details, agenda, and associated meeting materials will be shared closer to the date of the meeting with registered participants.
